about

Eagerly-aniticpated follow-up album from award-winning Western Australian drummer/composer Daniel Susnjar.

"Moth to a Flame" features world-class Australian, Peruvian and US musicians – including Grammy award-winning trumpeter Brian Lynch – performing Daniel's original Afro-Peruvian-inspired compositions, and fresh, unique arrangements of classics "Feeling Good" and "Mockingbird." Included is a piece dedicated to the steadfast resilience of Auschwitz concentration camp victim Pius Ludwik Bartosik. "Pius Bartosik" was awarded the 2015 WAM Jazz Song of the Year Award.
